About the role:

As a salesperson at Coop, you are a key person in the store's daily rhythm. You meet our customers with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in food. You inspire sustainable choices and contribute to creating a store where the customer experience is at the center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience – with joy in food, inspiration, and personal service.

• Picking products, facing shelves, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and inspiring.

• Working with campaigns, signage, and seasonal adjustments.

• Handling cash register work and self-scanning.

• Being part of a team where we learn from each other and celebrate successes together.

Who are you?

You are a team player with energy, commitment, and an eye for the customer's needs. You may have experience in service or retail, but most importantly is your willingness to learn and contribute. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are also advantageous.
